2. Terms of Service

2.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Roll Credits Studio LLC (“Roll Credits Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of Valet, a product of Roll Credits Studio LLC (“Valet,” the “App,” or the “Service”).

By creating an account, tapping “I Agree,” accessing Valet, or using Valet, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not create an account or use Valet.

2.2 Eligibility

Valet is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using Valet, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

If we learn that an account was created by a person under 18, we may suspend or delete the account and associated data.

2.3 What Valet Does

Valet helps users manage a digital wardrobe and receive outfit suggestions. Features may include:

  • Creating a user profile.

  • Uploading and storing clothing photos.

  • Analyzing garments using artificial intelligence.

  • Storing garment metadata such as category, color, season, formality, material, and similar attributes.

  • Tracking wear history and last-worn dates.

  • Suggesting outfits based on wardrobe items, user preferences, weather, location, and calendar/event context.

  • Connecting optional third-party services, such as Google Calendar.

  • Supporting future free and paid tiers.

Valet is an assistive lifestyle and wardrobe tool. It is not a professional stylist, safety system, weather warning service, legal advisor, employment advisor, medical advisor, or emergency service.

2.4 Account Creation

To use Valet, you must create an account and provide required onboarding information, which may include your name, email address, login credential or PIN, and preferences. Location, city, ZIP code, weather access, and calendar access may be requested as optional features to improve outfit suggestions.

Valet will not complete account creation unless you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you decline, your onboarding information will not be saved to Supabase or used to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.5 User Content

“User Content” means information, files, images, preferences, wardrobe data, calendar-derived context, clothing metadata, and other content you provide to Valet.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using Valet, you grant Roll Credits Studio LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, host, process, analyze, display, and use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and support Valet.

You represent that you have the right to upload any clothing photos or other content you submit to Valet.

2.6 Clothing Photos and Garment Analysis

Valet may allow you to upload clothing photos. These photos may be stored so you can view and manage your wardrobe inside the App.

Valet may use artificial intelligence or other automated tools to analyze uploaded clothing photos and generate garment information, such as item type, color, style, seasonality, formality, and other descriptive metadata.

AI-generated garment details may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting garment information.

2.7 AI Outfit Suggestions

Valet may generate outfit suggestions using user profile details, wardrobe data, clothing metadata, wear history, preferences, calendar/event context, weather data, and other relevant information.

Outfit suggestions are automated recommendations. Valet does not guarantee that any suggestion will be appropriate for a particular workplace, event, weather condition, dress code, cultural setting, safety requirement, or personal preference.

You are responsible for deciding what to wear.

2.8 Location, Weather, and Calendar Context

Valet may optionally use your city, ZIP code, approximate location, or weather-based location data to retrieve weather conditions and temperature information for outfit suggestions. Weather access is not required to create an account, but weather-aware outfit suggestions may be limited or unavailable if you do not provide weather location information.

Valet may allow you to connect calendar services, such as Google Calendar, and may later support additional calendar services, such as Apple Calendar, if made available.

If you connect a calendar service, Valet may use event context such as event title, time, date, location, and related event details to help suggest outfits. Valet will use connected calendar information only as described in the Privacy Policy and only for features you authorize.

You may disconnect third-party calendar access where supported by the App or the connected service provider.

2.9 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Valet if you are under 18.

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, explicit, or infringing content.

  • Upload images of people, minors, nudity, sexual content, or private images that you do not have the right to use.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, overload, disrupt, or interfere with Valet.

  • Use Valet to violate another person’s privacy or rights.

  • Misrepresent your identity or account information.

  • Circumvent security, authentication, usage limits, or payment systems.

2.10 Third-Party Services

Valet may rely on third-party services to operate the App, including cloud hosting, authentication, database storage, artificial intelligence processing, weather data, calendar integrations, analytics, diagnostics, app distribution, and future payment processing.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies. Roll Credits Studio LLC is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

2.11 Free and Paid Features

Valet may initially be offered for free. In the future, Valet may offer premium features, subscriptions, free trials, usage-based limits, or paid tiers.

If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing terms, cancellation rules, renewal terms, and refund policies will be presented before purchase. Paid features may be processed through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider.

2.12 App Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, improve, remove, or discontinue any part of Valet at any time. We do not guarantee that Valet will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

2.13 Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Valet if you violate these Terms, create risk for Valet or other users, misuse the Service, fail to pay for future paid features, or use the App unlawfully.

You may stop using Valet at any time. Account deletion and data deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

2.14 Disclaimers

Valet is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roll Credits Studio LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

Valet does not guarantee that outfit suggestions, weather-based recommendations, AI-generated garment details, or calendar-based suggestions will be accurate, complete, appropriate, or suitable for your circumstances.

2.15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roll Credits Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, wardrobe choices, missed events, inaccurate suggestions, weather-related issues, or reliance on automated recommendations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roll Credits Studio LLC’s total liability for any claim related to Valet will not exceed the amount you paid to use Valet in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid for Valet.

2.16 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Roll Credits Studio LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Valet, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

2.17 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

2.18 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use Valet.

The effective date and version number will identify the current version.
